Attorneys

Known as the “go-to” attorney for his commanding courtroom presence, attorney Michael P. Morton can provide you with effective and focused representation or legal counsel. 

David Zerbato is the Managing Partner at Morton, Valihura & Zerbato, LLC, and is a graduate of Georgetown University and Widener University School of Law.  David routinely provides training for Fair Housing and Landlord/Tenant Law for his clientele.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and Villanova University, and a former five-term member of the Delaware House of Representatives where, among other positions, he served as Chair of the Judiciary Committee, the Chair of the Joint Sunset Committee, the Chair of Housing and Community Affairs Committee, and, significantly, the first Chair of the Manufactured Housing Subcommittee.

Jill is a graduate of Penn State University and Widener University School of Law.  While at Widener, Jill was the Co-Editor in Chief of the Widener Journal of Law, Economics, & Race.   Jill is barred in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey and welcomes the opportunity to service all of your legal issues.

Caren is a graduate of Widener University School of Law where she was a Board Member of the Moot Court Honor Society and recipient of the Nicole Cullison Memorial Award, Dean Arthur A. Weeks Outstanding Service Award and Outstanding Student Service Award.  She also earned her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science from Wilmington University where she received the College of Arts and Sciences Award and the Trustee’s Award for Service.  Caren presently serves as the co-coordinator for the Wills for Heroes program. 
 

Sean is a graduate of the University Delaware where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Sean  received his law degree from Widener University and recently passed the bar exam for Delaware. He will be sworn in on June 26, 2024.
